The Vision for Halton Parish in 2026

To support a thriving and resilient community as Halton village evolves, while protecting its unique Chiltern landscape, heritage, and local character.

The Parish will positively manage change by ensuring that any growth is appropriate, sustainable, and aligned with the scale and capacity of the village, safeguarding the surrounding countryside, green spaces, and sports facilities.

Local businesses will be supported to grow in a way that reflects the needs of the community and contributes to the vitality of the village.

The Parish will continue to strengthen its community ethos by investing in shared spaces, including the Village Hall, and by promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and opportunities for residents of all ages to connect. This will be achieved through conservation, education, village events, and access to outdoor recreation, with a strong emphasis on sport and active lifestyles.
